Wanderland Escapes, LLC (“Wanderland Escapes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent travel agency based in Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit wanderlandescapes.com (the “Site”), contact us, request travel planning services, book travel with us or otherwise interact with Wanderland Escapes. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to share with us, including when you:
- Send a trip inquiry or contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, the type of trip you are planning, where you would like to go, your budget range, your preferred travel dates and your preferred departure airport, plus anything else you type in.
- Use our Trip Design Tool. Your name, email address and phone number, along with your trip preferences such as destination, number of travelers, trip length, preferred level of luxury and estimated budget.
- Sign up for our email list. Your email address and any other details the sign-up form asks for.
- Email, call or text us. Your contact details and whatever you share in the conversation.
- Book travel with us. To make a booking, suppliers usually require details such as the full names of all travelers as shown on their ID, dates of birth, passport or other travel document details, contact and emergency contact details, special requests (for example accessibility, dietary or medical needs you choose to tell us about) and payment information. We collect these directly from you when you book, not through the Site’s forms.
We may also receive personal information about you from another traveler in your party, a group leader, a travel supplier, our host agency or another person involved in arranging your travel.
Please only share information about other travelers if you have their permission to do so.
Sensitive personal information
When necessary to arrange travel, we may collect sensitive information such as passport or travel document details, payment information, and health, accessibility or dietary information that you choose to provide. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to arrange and manage your travel, comply with legal requirements, or provide services you request. We may share this information with travel suppliers and service providers when necessary to fulfill those purposes.
Payment information may be collected or processed through secure third-party payment or authorization systems. We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers through our general website inquiry forms.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically by our website and the tools we use, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site and how long you stay. This is done with cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on the Site, and we do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- Travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies and travel insurance providers, so they can fulfill your booking. We share the details each supplier needs for your booking, which may include traveler names, dates of birth, travel document details, contact details, special requests and payment information.
- Our host agency and consortium, Travel Quest Network and Travel Leaders & WorldVia Travel Network, which support our bookings and business operations.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email and newsletter providers (including Emma), form and workflow tools (including Zapier), booking and client-management software, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, our business or others.
Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers and other suppliers involved in your trip collect and use your information under their own privacy policies, which are outside our control. We encourage you to review those policies.
International travel and visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information you provide is stored and processed in the United States.
If you book international travel, your information may be transferred to and processed by travel suppliers in other countries, which may have different privacy and data protection laws than the country where you live.
Your choices and rights
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us, to stop receiving marketing emails. We may still send messages about trips you have booked.
- Cookies: Use the cookie banner or your browser settings to manage cookies.
- Access, correction and deletion: You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep some information for legal, tax or booking reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as full card numbers or passport numbers through the Site’s forms. We will ask for those in a secure way when you book.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. We collect details about minors only from a parent or guardian when needed to book their travel.
Other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as suppliers, booking tools and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
